As a reminder, Information Technology and Security performs routine maintenance on certain IT systems (including wired and wireless networks, telephones, servers, etc.) on a periodic basis. In order to perform these maintenance operations, ITS has reserved every Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 4 AM – 7 AM as official “maintenance windows”. Each week during these time frames, you may experience an outage or a degradation of services. These are normal and need not be reported.
